Tubing & Filling<\/h1>\n

Our contract filling services provide customers with a cost-effective solution to either take a variety of products to market or to control usage through tubing and packaging and issuing these to plants and warehouses for measured use. Products can be filled into multiple size tubes, bags and bottles.<\/p>\n

Leverage our bulk buying power and allow us to source the oils, greases, cleaning solvents, chemicals and powders. We also have the ability to mix and blend custom products according to customer specifications. Accurate filling is verified using automated machines, scales and visual inspection.<\/p>\n

Bottling, tubing and sachet filling of grease, oil, soap, brake fluid, lubricants and similar substances for convenience & specific measured quantity products to eliminate wastage.<\/p>\n

  • Bag sizes: 250 grams, 500 grams and 1 kg.<\/li>\n
  • Bottled: 500 ml, 1 liter, 5 litres, 20 litres, 200 litres, up to 1000 litres.<\/li>\n
  • Grease tubes: 400 grams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Filling of your own products or products stocked, sourced and supplied by XMT.<\/p>\n
